Dr Laurence Teoh is a New Zealand born and trained Rheumatologist, who works in private practice at Medical Specialists Group, 100 Mountain Rd, Epsom, Auckland.
Dr Teoh undertook his medical and specialist rheumatology training in Auckland, New Zealand. He has special interest in the nonsurgical management of osteoarthritis of the knee and hip, and worked as a clinical rheumatology research fellow for one year with the Osteoarthritis Chronic Care Programme Team at Royal North Shore Hospital (Sydney). He has previously worked as a Specialist General Physician at North Shore Hospital (Auckland), and at Middlemore Hospital (Auckland).
Dr Teoh specialises in the management of adult patients with rheumatological conditions and diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathies including ankylosing spondylitis, connective tissue diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, gout, polymyalgia rheumatica and a variety of other rheumatological conditions.
