Dr Dinar Jabin is a specialist Rheumatologist and General Physician (Internal Medicine Specialist).
 
She has been practicing in the public hospital system as a specialist for a number of years and would now be consulting at the Mercy Specialty Centre for both Rheumatology and Internal Medicine.
 
Dr Jabin has an interest in all spheres of rheumatological conditions including inflammatory and non-inflammatory. She has special interest in inflammatory arthropathies i.e. Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, Crystal arthropathies (including calcium pyrophosphate arthritis and gout), and Connective tissue disorders. Joint and soft tissue injections form a part rheumatological practice and would be carried out if needed in the clinic room. 
 
Dr Jabin is not ACC registered but will see selected ACC cases for a rheumatological opinion.
 
Born in Bangladesh, completed her Bachelor degree in medicine (MBBS) with distinction from the University of Dhaka. After migrating to NZ, Dr Jabin has completed dual training in Auckland as a Specialist General Physician and Specialist Rheumatologist with completion of Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2009. 
 
Currently Dr Jabin is working full time as a Specialist Rheumatologist and General Physician for North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals.
